Video Freight Tender Management in the Cloud

Welcome to Freightender Freight Sourcing. In this post, we are going to navigate for the first time through our cloud-based Freight Tender Platform and create a Freight Tender in just a matter of clicks.

Tender Managers and Logistics Buyers are always looking to streamline freight tendertool.ahabr.tech processes while saving time and giving you better results. In this video, we are going to show how easy it is to start a freight tendertool.ahabr.tech using our freight tendertool.ahabr.tech software in the cloud.

Freight Tender Management

How t0 easily create a freight tendertool.ahabr.tech within 5 minutes

Before moving towards the video, we describe the first 4 steps we are showing in our tutorial video today.
Step 1 – Tender Name, Description and Currency

The first step in our freight tendertool.ahabr.tech process allows you to submit the title of your freight tendertool.ahabr.tech, a short description and very important, the used currency.

Step 2 – Non-Disclosure Agreement

Once completed step one, it’s already time to secure your freight tendertool.ahabr.tech. In this phase, the tool will ask you to attach your NDA or not. Invited suppliers will receive this Non-disclosure Agreement, which has to be signed digitally  in order to participate. In the company settings, it is possible to upload your standard NDA, which can easily be checked in the menu box.

Step 3 – Tender Documentation

With just a few clicks, the creator of the freight tendertool.ahabr.tech can upload additional information for suppliers. For example; Supporting documents, Terms and Conditions and standard documentation can be uploaded and are automatically attached. Just like step 2, this is optional.

Step 4 – Baseline, profile, Rate Card

The final step we are demonstrating today is, in fact an important step.  This is where you can create the baseline for your freight tendertool.ahabr.tech in just a few clicks. Our tool allows you upload and CUSTOMIZE your rate cards online. It only takes clicking to create the perfect rate card.

Later this week we will show the following 4 steps to complete the full freight tendertool.ahabr.tech set-up. For more information, please download our Transport Tender eBook, or contact us via info@tendertool.ahabr.techtool.com
